We founded Marble Real Estate after years of cooperation within Jones Lang LaSalle. We are aligned professionally and reinforce each other’s qualities. Energy, drive, creativity and humour are personal characteristics that connect us. Together, we are a strong combination that provides effective and efficient solutions to real estate issues.
Joost Sweep studied law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, specialising in Business and Private Law. After university, Joost launched his career at Vroom & Van den Heuvel, an Executive search agency specialised in higher management positions. Here, he grew to a Senior Advisor level. With more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Netherlands, Joost decided to start his own company and founded Marble Real Estate together with Kristian van Eijkelenburg.

Kristian van Eijkelenburg studied Urban Planning at the Hogeschool Utrecht, specialising in urban planning, followed by a bachelor’s in Social Geography and a master’s in Real Estate Studies at the University of Groningen. In mid-2019 and with more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, Kristian founded Marble Real Estate together with Joost Sweep.
